Client Loyalty Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 2, 2025

This Giveaway is sponsored solely by Thomas Vette ("Tattoo Artist," "we," "our"), an independent artist working out of Roseville Tattoo Co. in Roseville, California. Roseville Tattoo Co. is not affiliated with or responsible for this promotion.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Participation in the giveaway is free. No payment or purchase is required to enter or win.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• Open to individuals 18 years of age or older.

• Must be a past or current tattoo client of Thomas Vette.

• Void where prohibited by law.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

• The giveaway begins on June 2, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on June 8, 2025.

• Entries submitted after the deadline will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter by completing one or more of the following. Each action counts as one entry:

1. Submit a review via the form:

2. Leave a review on a public platform below:

   • Google Review

   • Facebook Review

   • Vagaro Review

3. Instagram Post – Healed Tattoo Photo:

   • Share a healed tattoo photo with a short caption and tag @thomasvette

4. Instagram or Facebook Post or Story – Tattoo Story or Experience:

   • Share a tattoo story or captioned post and tag @thomasvette for Instagram or @ThomasVetteTattooArtist for Facebook

You may enter via multiple methods. Each method counts as a separate entry. Limit of 4 entries per person.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• Winner will be contacted by email, text, or Instagram DM within 7 days of the giveaway's close.

• If no response is received within 5 days, a new winner will be selected.

6. PRIZE DETAILS

• Winner will receive a $200 tattoo credit for use with Thomas Vette.

• Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

• Credit must be used within 6 months from the date of issue.

7. PERMISSIONS & MEDIA RELEASE

By entering, you agree that Thomas Vette may use your submitted review, testimonial, and/or tattoo photo for promotional purposes, including website and social media, only by the permissions selected at the time of entry.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Thomas Vette and any of his affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or use of the prize.

9. NOT SPONSORED BY THIRD PARTIES

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Google, Vagaro, or Roseville Tattoo Co.
